WebbI'd say the biggest con of UofT is the workload. Of the UofT engineers in my friendgroup all 3 of them consistently live on campus. Personally I'd pick UW. I feel like UW is less cut throat and community oriented but I'm also biased and all I know of UofT is from my friends, not first hand experience. I also don't know UBC that well.
