I remember complaining many a time about it, through threads and in direct messages to the devs. Then came a nice 'ol little update which made the game pleasantly playable. However, now it seems to be dipping into... WebYes, I know you can bring it up to at least 120. You go to AliceEngine.ini, open it, and search for MaxSmoothFramerate. Set it to 2 values above the FPS you want (value of 62 for 60fps...). You will probably have to set it to read only or else it will revert back if you change any settings. Increasing the FPS causes issues though.
