To do it once in a blue moon is one thing, but to do it to the point that it's causing concern by you I would think it's flashing also. Also, those white spots Lemon is talking about will look soo tiny (think grain of salt) and usually spread to pollute the fish's body. I have 4 green chromis, 2 zebra dartfish, 2 fire gobys, 2 ocellaris clowns, green mandarin, blue damsel, yellow eye kole tang, yellow wrasse, banggai cardinal. He doesn't seem to chase or fight with any fish.
