That's the DLL that allocates memory. WebSeemed to have fixed the dwm issue for now. Before this I was constantly getting 1gb and increasing upwards ram consumption of this process. I thought wallpaper engine was the issue but I dunno what fixed it. Guess just installing some random missing drivers was the issue. edit: nvm it didn't work.
